K-21 key features
- CNC-machined aluminum alloy body with an anodized finish — machined rather than cast, so the fixture seats the same way on every cleave
- Two-step cleaving with a typical cleave angle of ≤ 0.5° — flat end faces that go straight into the splicer
- Blade life of 48,000 cleaves: 16 rotating positions at 3 heights, worked through by rotation and height adjustment as the edge wears
- Built-in scrap collector keeps the cleaved offcuts inside the tool instead of on the bench or the van floor
- One fixture covers 0.25 mm coated and 0.9 mm buffered single fiber, single-mode and multimode alike
- Carry case included (140 x 95 x 70 mm): the cleaver is 350 g net, 500 g all-in with the case

Questions about the K-21
How long does the blade last?
The blade is rated for 48,000 cleaves (16 rotating positions x 3 heights). When it is done, replacement blades are a standard stock item — see Fiber Cleaver Blades in this category, and tell us your cleaver model so we match the right blade.
Can the K-21 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse. The products most often labeled are the K-35 cleaver, the KS-1 Kevlar shears and the K-870 stripper.
Can we order a small lot, unbranded?
Yes. Neutral stock is held for the core range: small lots are welcome, you can mix models in one shipment, and restock as you sell. Prices are on request — EXW factory pricing.
