- Cleave angle held to ≤ 0.5°, for stable, consistent cleaves
- Tungsten steel blade with 16 surfaces — up to 48,000 cleaves per blade; blade height is adjusted once every 1,000 cuts (3 height steps per surface) to keep every surface working
- Built-in fiber scrap collector keeps offcuts contained as you work
- One holder set covers 0.25 / 0.9 / 3.0 mm coatings; ribbon fiber with an exchangeable holder

How long does the blade last?
The blade is rated for 16 surfaces × 3,000 cleaves per surface — up to 48,000 cleaves per blade. When it is done, replacement blades are a standard stock item — see Fiber Cleaver Blades in this category, and tell us your cleaver model so we match the right blade.
Can the K-10 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse. The products most often labeled are the K-35 cleaver, the KS-1 Kevlar shears and the K-870 stripper.
Can we order a small lot, unbranded?
