J20 key features
- Two-step operation with an automatic blade reset — after each cut the blade is ready again, so the work never waits on the tool
- Cleave angle held to ≤ 0.5°, for stable, consistent cleaves on single and ribbon fiber alike
- One universal adapter plate covers 0.25 / 0.9 / 2.0 / 3.0 mm coatings and ribbon cables up to 12 fibers
- Accepts industry-standard removable fiber holders, so the holders already in your splicing kit keep working
- 16 blade positions deliver up to 48,000 cleaves; blade rotation and adjustment are straightforward
- Removable scrap bin collects the cleaved offcuts — lift it out and empty it
- The anvil opens high, keeping the fiber and the cut in clear view

How long does the blade last?
The blade is rated for 16 blade positions — up to 48,000 cleaves. When it is done, replacement blades are a standard stock item — see Fiber Cleaver Blades in this category, and tell us your cleaver model so we match the right blade.
Can the J20 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse. The products most often labeled are the K-35 cleaver, the KS-1 Kevlar shears and the K-870 stripper.
Can we order a small lot, unbranded?
Yes. Neutral stock is held for the core range: small lots are welcome, you can mix models in one shipment, and restock as you sell. Prices are on request — EXW factory pricing.
