CB-08 key features
- Made to the CB-08 pattern for the Fujikura CT-50: same disc, same mounting holes, same position system the cleaver's motorised rotation expects
- 16 cutting positions × 3 height settings, 1,250 fibers per position-height — 60,000 single-fiber cleaves per blade, or 5,000 12-fiber ribbon cleaves
- Works with the CT-50's automatic blade management: the cleaver advances the blade by count or by cleave quality, and this disc answers the same way
- User-replaceable in the field, no service center and no adjustment visit — the CT-50 was designed around a blade the crew changes itself
- The standard spare for every CT-50 case: one fitted, one in reserve is how working fleets run

How It Works — the blade the CT-50 manages for you
The CT-50 treats its blade as a managed resource: it counts cleaves, watches cleave quality, and motors the CB-08 disc to a fresh position — 16 around the circle, then up through 3 heights — until all 60,000 single-fiber cleaves (1,250 × 3 × 16) are used. A blade made to that pattern has to be exact: the disc, the holes and the position marks are what the mechanism reads and turns.
This is that blade: an aftermarket CB-08 that fits the CT-50's rotation system and is swapped by the user in the field, exactly as the cleaver was designed for. When the last height is spent, the spare from the case goes in and the count starts again.
Compatibility note: this is an aftermarket replacement blade made to the CB-08 pattern. It is not an original Fujikura part. Fujikura and CT-50 are trademarks of Fujikura Ltd.; the names are used only to identify the cleaver this blade fits.

Questions about the CB-08
How long does the blade last?
The blade is rated for 60,000 single-fiber cleaves (1,250 fibers × 3 heights × 16 positions); 5,000 12-fiber ribbon cleaves. When it is done, replacement blades are a standard stock item — see Fiber Cleaver Blades in this category, and tell us your cleaver model so we match the right blade.
Will it fit my equipment?
Fujikura CT-50 fiber cleaver. Tell us the exact model of your equipment with your inquiry and we will confirm the match before you order.
Can the CB-08 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse. The products most often labeled are the K-35 cleaver, the KS-1 Kevlar shears and the K-870 stripper.
Can we order a small lot, unbranded?
