KW-02 key features
- LC/APC in green and LC/UPC in blue, with the same pre-polished mechanical splice as the SC family
- Four builds for four cables: drop-cable type (44 mm), general type (45 mm), round-cable type (47 mm) and a 0.9 mm cable type (44 mm)
- Works with the length-setting jig — fixed strip length, coating peel and cover opening, the same routine as KW-01
- Insertion loss typical ≤0.3 dB (max ≤0.5 dB); return loss ≥50 dB UPC and ≥55 dB APC
- For the LC ports SC cannot reach — high-density panels, SFP cages and compact ONTs

How It Works — the small form factor, terminated in the field
LC's 1.25 mm ferrule and latched mini housing are what high-density panels and transceivers take — and until fast connectors, LC in the field meant a splicer and a pigtail. KW-02 puts the same pre-polished stub and V-groove joint into an LC body: strip and cleave with the jig's fixed length, insert, lock.
Pick the build by the cable in your hand: the drop-cable type clamps the 2×3.0 mm flat drop, the round-cable type takes Ø2.0–3.0 mm, the 0.9 mm type terminates tight-buffered fiber directly, and the general type covers the middle ground. APC and UPC are both in range.

Can the KW-02 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse.
