Fusion Splicer Electrodes K-E1 — for Fujikura, Sumitomo, INNO, Comway & Jilong
Replacement electrode pairs for the splicers your crews already run — Fujikura, Sumitomo, Comway, INNO, Jilong and more, supplied to match your machine.
Typical work: Standing spares for splicing crews — a worn pair should never idle a machine mid-job; Dealers and repair benches stocking consumables for the installed splicer base; Restocking alongside cleaver blades — the two consumables every splicer consumes.

K-E1 key features
- Electrodes wear out on every splicer — K-E1 is the standing spare: matched pairs for the major splicer families, ordered by the machine you run
- Families in range: Fujikura 50S / 60S / 61S / 62C / 80S style, Sumitomo 400S / 600C / 601C / 81C / 82C style, INNO IFS and View style, Comway C8 / C9 / C10 style, Jilong and more
- Supplied in matched pairs, as electrodes are always changed — both rods from the same batch
- Tell us the splicer model and we match the electrode style — the cap colour and rod differ by family, and getting it right is the whole job
- A repeat-order consumable dealers can keep on the shelf next to the blades: one enquiry line covers most of the installed base

How It Works — small rods, decisive arc
A fusion splicer's arc is struck between two electrode rods, and every arc erodes them a little. Worn, pitted or oxidised electrodes are the quiet cause of drifting arc power, rising splice loss and failed calibrations — long before the machine itself complains. Electrodes are a consumable by design, and they are splicer-specific: the rod length, tip and mounting cap differ between Fujikura, Sumitomo, INNO, Comway and Jilong machines.
That is why K-E1 is a range rather than a single part. Each family has its own electrode style — the four shown here cover the Fujikura 50S–80S machines, the Sumitomo 400S–82C line, INNO's IFS and View splicers, and Comway's C8–C10, with Jilong and further families supplied the same way. Order by your splicer model; if yours is not listed, send the model or a photo of the old electrodes and we will match them.
Compatibility note: these are aftermarket replacement electrodes, our model K-E1. They are not original Fujikura, Sumitomo, INNO, Comway or Jilong parts. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used only to describe the splicers these electrodes fit.

Questions about the K-E1
Can the K-E1 carry our own brand?
Private labeling is made to your requirements and confirmed per order — labels with your logo, part numbers and barcodes on the tools, the inner boxes and the outer cartons, ready for your warehouse. The products most often labeled are the K-35 cleaver, the KS-1 Kevlar shears and the K-870 stripper.
Can we order a small lot, unbranded?
Yes. Neutral stock is held for the core range: small lots are welcome, you can mix models in one shipment, and restock as you sell. Prices are on request — EXW factory pricing.
