How It Works — match the pattern, not the badge
Most cleavers in the field, whatever badge they wear, turn the same disc: 20 mm across, 3 mm thick, with a numbered ring of cutting positions. The CB-1S is that disc. Count the positions on your old blade — 12 or 16 — check whether its ring carries the position holes, and the matching CB-1S variant drops in. That pattern covers many Sumitomo and Furukawa (FITEL) cleaver models and the long list of Chinese-made cleavers built around the same blade.
Because the fit is by pattern, the honest way to order is by your old blade: its diameter, its thickness, its position count. Send us the cleaver model or a photo of the blade and we will match the variant — that is what a blade shelf is for.
